We’ve got a some exciting news for you! Over the last couple of months the Dumpling Coaching Team has rolled out Live Office Hours. These zoom meetings are a space where business owners can come with questions, feedback, or simply stop by to listen to others. Some people stop by for a few minutes – some stay for the entire meeting.
During Office Hours we have a wonderful time getting to know and hearing from a wide variety of business owners from all across the country – and even more importantly, it’s been a great way for business owners to hear ideas from each other! Business owners attending range from just starting out, people working part time, and even to some of our top business owners on the platform.
Here’s what you can expect during Live Office Hours:
- Talk about app updates and how to’s
- Troubleshoot client communication and marketing opportunities
- Hear ideas for holiday or season specific marketing and discuss how to market specific stores or services
- Learn about what tools our top business owners are using to grow their business (everything from insulated bags to video creation apps)
- Brainstorm how to go above and beyond for clients to keep them ordering (and referring!)
- So much more!

You’ll get an in-app push notification letting you know that office hours is starting shortly. This push will contain the link to register for any schedule office hours event.

If you’re unable to attend during the scheduled times you can always ask your questions directly to the coaching team in the message center of your Boss app. Here, we can dive into general questions, in depth conversations about your business, or even set up a free one-on-one coaching call. The coaching team checks this inbox throughout normal business hours.
